Returns
If you wish to return merchandise you must request a Return
Merchandise Authorization
Please follow the guidelines and we will help you return or exchange
the items fast and efficiently. However, due to the nature of the
business of replacement parts you must act promptly to avoid losing
the option the get a replacement or refund.
Authorized Returns
Dead on Arrival (DOA), Items Incorrectly Ordered (IIO), Items
Incorrectly Shipped (IIS) and items that you wish to return for any
other reason must be reported within 10 days from receiving the item
to get a refund. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number with
in the 10 days period or you will not be able to get a refund.
We reserve the right to test the product and confirm the
defectiveness before issuing a refund or an exchange.
15% Restocking Fee applies to the following:
All items returned sealed (not opened.)
25% Restocking Fee applies to the following:
All opened items.
Unauthorized Returns
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are
returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a
restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
Any items that have the serial number label removed that verifies
the item to be an EESOURCE product will be refused refund or
exchange.
Any items installed improperly are considered physically damaged and
will be not replaced or refunded.
Any items defaced, physically damaged, non-functional due to user
error or virus.
Any returns with out a Valid RMA Number.
Any item after 10 days after an RMA number has been issued.
Shipping Charges
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on return items.
All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are
non-refundable for all items.
If we send you an incorrect item or the item is defective and you
wish to get a replacement we will ship the item back to you via
FedEx
3 Day Service at our expense.
Refunds
Allow up to 15 business days for all refunds to be processed. Please
note that your financial institution may take up to 30 days from the
date we issue your credit to post it in your account.
Warranty
If an item proves to be defective within 30 days from the date of
your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item
for you.
Refurbished, recertified, used, and Rebuilt Items are covered by a
30 day Warranty.
Defective products can only be exchanged for the same identical part
number/ item.
